Products

We offer pre-cut Paint Protection Film (PPF) kits made from high-performance TPU, designed specifically for individual vehicle models. All PPF kits are custom-made upon order. We also sell complementary products such as installation tools, care accessories, and films not produced on demand.

Ordering & Payment

Orders are placed via our online store. Payment is available by bank transfer. Prices are shown in EUR or in national currencies, including VAT unless otherwise stated.

Shipping

Orders are shipped within 7–10 business days of confirmation. Deliveries within the EU are handled via DPD at a flat rate of €10 (excl. VAT). International shipping is provided by DHL Germany, with rates calculated at checkout depending on the destination.

Delivery Regions

We currently ship to selected EU countries (e.g. Austria, Germany, France, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Denmark, Netherlands, Hungary, Italy, Greece, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Finland) and internationally to Switzerland, India, and Gulf countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman).

Right of Withdrawal

Custom-made PPF kits are excluded from the right of withdrawal under §1837 of the Czech Civil Code.

However, accessories and non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Warranty

JECTEC provides a 7-year warranty on PPF kits, covering manufacturing defects and material performance under normal use. For accessories and non-custom products, a standard 2-year warranty applies.

Claims must be submitted via email with photographic evidence and a description of the issue. Each case is reviewed individually.

Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Data is used solely for order processing and customer service and is only shared with trusted logistics and payment providers.

Legal Framework

All contracts and legal relationships are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. JECTEC s.r.o. reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice. The version valid at the time of purchase applies.
